Cleaner Terms of Use (EULA)

            Summary: By using Cleaner, you agree to these terms. The app helps you analyze and manage your photo library storage. Deleting photos is your decision and responsibility.
        

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Cleaner ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Cleaner is a storage intelligence app for iPhone that:

Analyzes your device storage usage
Categorizes photos and videos using on-device AI
Identifies duplicate and similar photos
Predicts future storage usage
Helps you manage and delete unwanted media to free up space

All processing occurs entirely on your device. No photos or personal data are uploaded to external servers.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Cleaner offers both free and premium (Pro) features:

Free: Limited categories (Screenshots, Duplicates, Large Videos, Blurry) with up to 25 deletes per day.
Pro: All categories, unlimited deletes, video compression, and additional features.

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Cleaner Pro is available through the following auto-renewable subscription plans:

Weekly — Billed every 7 days
Yearly — Billed every 365 days
Lifetime — One-time purchase, no renewal

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

Any photos, videos, or files you choose to delete through the App
Ensuring you have adequate backups before deleting media
Reviewing items before confirming deletion

Deleted items are moved to the "Recently Deleted" album in the Photos app and can be recovered within 30 days, after which they are permanently removed by iOS.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

Storage analysis will be 100% accurate
AI categorization will correctly classify every photo
Duplicate detection will identify all duplicates or never produce false matches
Storage forecasts will precisely predict future usage

You should always review suggested items before deleting them.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cleaner and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, photos, or videos.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and intellectual property in Cleaner are owned by the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data. In summary: all photo analysis is performed on-device, and your photos are never uploaded to any server.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
